New Connect Group Leader
We are so glad that you are considering leading a Connect Group! We believe all believers can and should reach out to the people around them with the love of Jesus. We invite you to get involved in the mission of leading people into connection and full devotion to God. If you are a believer at some point you need to be involved with discipling others. We can help you! Let us equip you to be effective in reaching those around you for Jesus. It is not as hard as you think.

Connect Group Leadership Pathway
Those who desire to lead have completed and align with the following:
- They are believers in Jesus Christ and have been water baptized.
- Completed Welcome to Church.
- Completed Foundations.
- Joined CHR by signing the Covenant Membership form.
- Attended the Connect Group Leader training.
- For the Fall 2023 Session, if you have not taken the in person training, please continue to sign up and a video training will be made available to you. Ensure you check the box that you require video training!
- Served on CHR Dream Team the last six months.
- Living a Biblical life
- Desire to refrain from the use of alcohol in order to be clear minded, guard their influence and not be a source of temptation.
- Have a heart to stay present on Sundays on a regular basis in order to connect with the community I lead.
All Connect Group submissions are subject to Pastoral review. Submitting this request does not guarantee a Connect Group will be accepted. Once submitted and reviewed the Connect Group Director will be in contact with you to discuss the next steps. Thank you for your submission.
